How your RVR documents are handled

When you paste text or upload a PDF, that content is used only to generate your report. We do not sell, share, publish, or retain your document content.

• •Your document text is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) solely to generate your Statement of Facts and procedural review. It is not used to train AI models.
• •Document text is held in temporary server memory only for as long as needed to process your request. It is not written to a permanent database.
• •After your session ends or the server restarts, your document text is no longer accessible.
• •We do not read, review, or access your document content for any purpose other than generating your report.
• •We do not share your document content with any third party other than OpenAI for the purpose of generating your report.

What is temporarily stored

To allow you to download your report after payment, we temporarily store the generated report text (the output of the analysis — not your original documents) linked to your Stripe session ID. This is held in server memory and is not guaranteed to be available after you close the page. We strongly recommend downloading your report immediately.

We also store aggregate, anonymous feedback counts (e.g., how many users rated the report helpful) with no personally identifying information attached.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your credit card number or any payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment processing under their own privacy policy and PCI compliance standards. We receive only a confirmation that payment was completed and a session identifier to link your payment to your report.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — such as page views and general feature usage. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics. We use this data only to understand how the tool is being used so we can improve it.

Third-party services

This tool relies on the following third-party services:

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information or document content to any third party. Your document content is used only to generate your report and for no other purpose.
